Admitted as a Solicitor in 2014 after a career with the federal government, Nick brings a wealth of corporate experience and expertise to our practice. He combines attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a straight-forward approach to take the worry out of your legal matter.
Nick works mainly in the areas of commercial law, property law and conveyancing, general litigation, wills and estates.
Away from work Nick enjoys spending time with his young family, and when time allows you’ll find him on the beach or the golf course.

Tim has extensive experience as a lawyer in the local area with a specialisation in the Family Law jurisdiction. Tim holds a Masters in Family Law and is an accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer. Tim is keen to help clients to resolve and finalise property settlements and parenting disputes. Tim prides himself on providing his clients with realistic and sensible advice, always endeavouring to assist clients in resolving their dispute without recourse to litigation wherever possible. If that cannot be achieved, you can be assured that Tim will strongly represent your interests in any Court.
Away from work, Tim is kept very busy trying to keep up with his 3 young daughters and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Loris has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer. She is committed to obtaining the best outcomes for clients whether it means attending at client’s homes, seeing clients after hours or negotiating better terms.
Loris swims competitively and enjoys exercise, and is becoming increasingly interested in restoration – whether it is the garden or old furniture.

Melissa has been a member of the Priest Legal team for over 9 years. She is a licensed conveyancer and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division. Melissa adopts a practical approach to her work and believes her local knowledge assists her when guiding clients through a Conveyancing transaction.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, horse riding and movies.

Before joining Priest Legal, Joy worked in the corporate sector as a Commercial Director and Company Secretary. A “tree change” to the mid-north coast saw Joy change careers. She completed Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice course in 2016, and is now a Licensed Conveyancer.
Joy brings many years of corporate experience to the firm and combines strong management and communication skills with attention to detail to ensure the best outcome for our clients and stakeholders.

Katy has been working in the local legal field since 2006 and obtained her conveyancing license at the end of 2020.
She enjoys making the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible for her clients.
Outside work Katy enjoys spending time with her young family.
