Alan has over 40 years of experience as a lawyer and is a founding partner of Priest Legal. He specialises in wills and estate law, property and commercial law, conveyancing and general advice. Alan has the knowledge and experience to meet the needs and expectations of his many clients, whatever they may be.
When not at work, Alan is a keen cyclist, surfer and photographer.

Jeremy has expertise in most areas of civil practice, specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. His greatest experience lies in commercial and business disputes, general contractual disputes and will disputes.

Emilie combines a varied international background with experience in business and in education before commencing her career as a lawyer in 1999.
Emilie’s main areas of practice at Priest Legal are family law, wills and estates, conveyancing and mediation.
Emilie’s spare time is taken up communing with the great outdoors whether it is walking, cycling or taking photographs and spending time with friends and family.

Admitted as a Solicitor in 2014 after a career with the federal government, Nick brings a wealth of corporate experience and expertise to our practice. He combines attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a straight-forward approach to take the worry out of your legal matter.
Nick works mainly in the areas of commercial law, property law and conveyancing, general litigation, wills and estates.
Away from work Nick enjoys spending time with his young family, and when time allows you’ll find him on the beach or the golf course.

Loris has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer. She is committed to obtaining the best outcomes for clients whether it means attending at client’s homes, seeing clients after hours or negotiating better terms.
Loris works in the areas of family law, wills and estates, local court litigation, commercial litigation, conveyancing and mediation.
Loris swims competitively and enjoys exercise and is becoming increasingly interested in restoration – whether it is the garden or old furniture.

Tim has extensive experience as a lawyer in the local area with a specialisation in the Family Law jurisdiction. Tim holds a Masters in Family Law and is an accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer. Tim is keen to help clients to resolve and finalise property settlements and parenting disputes. Tim prides himself on providing his clients with realistic and sensible advice, always endeavouring to assist clients to resolve their dispute without recourse to litigation wherever possible. If that cannot be achieved, you can be assured that Tim will strongly represent your interests in any Court.
Tim’s main areas of practice at Priest Legal are family law (property/financial, parenting, divorce), wills and estate planning, litigation and dispute resolution generally.
Away from work, Tim is kept very busy trying to keep up with his 3 young daughters and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Melissa has been a member of the Priest Legal team for over 9 years. She is a licensed conveyancer and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division. Melissa adopts a practical approach to her work and believes her local knowledge assists her when guiding clients through a Conveyancing transaction.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, horse riding and movies.
Before joining Priest Legal, Joy worked in the corporate sector as a Commercial Director and Company Secretary. A “tree change” to the mid-north coast saw Joy change careers. She completed Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice course in 2016, and is now a Licensed Conveyancer.
Joy brings many years of corporate experience to the firm and combines strong management and communication skills with attention to detail to ensure the best outcome for our clients and stakeholders.
Katy has been working in the local legal field since 2006 and obtained her conveyancing license at the end of 2020.
She enjoys making the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible for her clients.
Outside work Katy enjoys spending time with her young family.
